Mathew Hall Components, a subsidiary of Simonson Lumber, is looking for a Sawyer to join their Saw Shop team. If you have any eye for detail, a passion for manufacturing and collaboration, and enjoy a fast pace this is the job for you!
Our Sawyers are a key partner in keeping our components tables running efficiently by providing accurately cut components parts in an orderly fashion! You will be checking lumber for quality, prepping the saw, confirming the accuracy of the cut lumber and stacking the lumber so it is readily accessible for the assemblers.
Qualified applicants will have an eye for detail, demonstrate good judgement skills, be able to regularly lift up to 75 pounds and read a tape measure accurately. Previous experience in construction, working with hand tools, or related experience is preferred.
