Salary: up to $97,000 / year based upon experience
$5000 sign-on bonus
Relocation bonus may be approved if needed
Location: Peru, IN
On site working M-F, 8-5 pm (no weekends, no on call, 7 paid holidays off)
Patient Population: Older adults ages 65 and above
Ideal candidate will have a healthcare background, specifically in program development, management, and community outreach
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, nurse, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
- Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
- Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
- Growing and maintaining patient census
- Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

About us:
Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.
Requirements:
Psychiatric Healthcare experience preferred
Working with the Geriatric population preferred
