Job Description

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at the FPS facility in Midland, TX with $30/hr pay for a 1 year contract (temp to hire opportunity). In this role, you’ll help support the production of our non-metallic piping products by maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance. You’ll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to minimize downtime, improve system reliability, and ensure customer requirements are met. APPLY NOW!

What You’ll Do:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment used in the production of poly pipe.
Support installation, upgrades, inspections, and enhancements of control systems to improve reliability and performance.
Perform emergency troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to quickly resolve issues.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment safely and efficiently while diagnosing problems.
Prepare detailed reports on machine faults, errors, and maintenance schedules.
Apply predictive maintenance techniques and use advanced diagnostic tools.
Work collaboratively with the team to minimize outages and optimize production efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a maintenance or service technician role, including mechanical and electronic repairs.
3+ years’ experience in an industrial electrical/electronic repair environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, Controls Electronics, or CNC controls.
Background in automation systems within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable terms for decision-making.
Experience with predictive maintenance management concepts and advanced diagnostic devices.
