What You'll Do
- Administer medications to residents per facility protocol and your certification
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) — bathing, dressing, mobility, personal care
- Monitor and document resident health, well-being, and any changes in condition
- Communicate professionally with facility staff, residents, and families
What You Need
- Active Trained Medication Aide (TMA) / Medication Aide certification in Minnesota (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to assisted living communities in the Aitkin area
- A caring, dependable attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 6 months of experience within Nursing home or assisted living facilities
