We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will be a part of a team that is focused on delivering excellent customer service while solving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, prioritize, and respond to service requests.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation regarding service tickets and client environments.
- Install, support, and troubleshoot workstations, servers, network infrastructure and other devices.
- Utilize remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools to resolve technical issues and provide proactive maintenance.
- Administer and maintain end user accounts and permissions.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and an insurable record
