Position Overview:
We’re seeking a warm, organized, and energetic Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our practice. You’ll play a key role in keeping our front office running smoothly and ensuring each patient feels seen, supported, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with professionalism and warmth

• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails

• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars

• Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect payments

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Assist with patient intake paperwork and data entry into EMR

• Support the team with general administrative tasks

• Help maintain a calm and organized flow throughout the day

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a front office, medical, or wellness setting preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable using EMR and scheduling software ( Chiro- Touch experience a plus)

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and dependable
