Pittsburgh area real estate management company is in need of an experienced Accounting professional.
Duties to include:
· Oversee all accounting functions for managed properties and the operating company, including AIR, A/P, bank reconciliations, and note payments.
· Handle new lease setups, renewals, tenant move-outs, reimbursements, and security deposit refunds.
· Prepare annual CAM reconciliations for multiple properties.
· Deliver accurate quarterly and annual financial reports.
· Develop annual budgets for managed properties.
· Prepare and distribute quarterly reports and letters to limited partners.
· Work directly with the company President and Portfolio Property Manager, while maintaining strong communication with tenants and bankers.
· Assist with other projects as needed
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
· 5+ years of experience in commercial property management accounting
· Familiarity with Sage Timberline preferred
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
· Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking skills
· Team player willing to assist as needed
