Schedule: 1st Shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday)

Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 Base Salary + Up to $10,000 Annual Bonus

A precision manufacturer serving the aerospace, defense, and commercial markets, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, production planning, materials management, inventory control, purchasing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
\n
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, on-time delivery, workforce performance, and efficient utilization of materials and resources throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Lead all daily plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
- Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule to support customer demand and production objectives
- Oversee material planning and proactively manage shortages to minimize production disruptions
- Direct purchasing, supplier relationships, RFQs, inventory management, and receiving activities
- Partner with production, engineering, quality, and warehouse teams to drive operational performance
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, capacity, and on-time delivery metrics
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Track vendor performance and ensure materials are available to meet production requirements
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and SIOP activities
- Lead and develop plant personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Plant management, operations management, or manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong background in production planning, scheduling, materials management, purchasing, and inventory control
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Strong ERP/MRP system knowledge
- Proven track record of improving operational performance, on-time delivery, and inventory management
- Ability to read engineering drawings and material specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
