We are an established IT Services firm looking to hire an energetic, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to provide onsite technical support to our clients (desktops, servers, network).


Support Engineer Level 2


Certifications - CompTia A+, JAMF 100, Google Workspace Amin, ITTL Foundation or equivalent experience 

Required Skill Set:

  • Entry-level experience as Cisco network engineer
    • General understanding of VLANS, spanning tree protocols, routing protocols.
    • General understanding of IP protocols (IPv4 addressing, UDP,TCP, DNS, DHCP) used when troubleshooting issues.
    • Experience managing iPads via an MDM solution
    • Ability to troubleshoot VPN access
    • Ability to troubleshoot wireless connections
    • Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues for end-user devices such as laptops, chrome books, desktops, etc.
    • Handling several projects at a time
    • Very good communication skills

Bonus Skill Set:

  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory or Azure AD 
    • Experience with Windows Deployment (Ghost, MDT, SCCM, Intune) 
    • Experience with managed/configurable switches 
    • Experience with MDF Solutions (JAMF Pro, Microsoft InTune, AirWatch, Radix, etc.) 
    • Experience with Google Admin Console 
    • Experience with Content Filters (Lightspeed Relay, GoGuardian, etc.) 

Schooling/Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree preferred but not required.
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience.

Note: Candidates require fingerprinting and background checks. Candidates are required to have a vehicle for minimal travel between buildings.
