Make a difference as a Merchandiser
As a Part-Time Merchandiser at Duluth Coca-Cola, you will engage in a variety of exciting tasks that ensure our products consistently stand out on store shelves. Your role includes stocking existing shelf space, filling immediate consumption coolers, and creating eye-catching package-specific displays in accordance with company standards. You’ll maintain high merchandising standards by rotating products for freshness and organizing back-room inventory efficiently. You'll also assist with driver shortages and maintain open communication with sales reps and drivers regarding accounts.

You will need a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check as part of our Vehicle Safety Policy, as the role requires the use of your personal vehicle.
Physical stamina is essential, as you will operate a manual pallet jack and 2- and 4-wheel carts to manage loads of up to 2,200 pounds. Flexibility is key, as you may work weekends and holidays while independently handling responsibilities without close supervision.
