Service Parts Coordinator – Windows & Doors
Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM | $20/hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to support our Service Department and Installation Managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ordering necessary parts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-up on part deliveries to keep projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order parts for the Service Department and Installation Managers as needed.
• Maintain clear and organized records of all parts ordered for individual projects.
• Track and follow up on estimated time of arrival (ETA) for all ordered parts.
• Communicate part status updates to the Service Department Coordinator Installation Manager.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with parts and materials for impact windows and doors.-CGI, PGT, Window, CWS, ESW
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficiency in communication and follow-up.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction home improvement industry a plus
