Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to residents, as needed

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Help with mobility and transferring residents

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Assist with mealtime and nutrition, including feeding and hydration

Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to care plans

Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and activities

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Required Qualifications:

Current STNA/CNA certification

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance

Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
