What you’ll tackle
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to meet exact part requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings to ensure precise machining.
- Monitor operations, verify quality, and make adjustments to maintain standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
- Partner with engineering and production to optimize machining processes.
- Capture production data and keep thorough records of machining work.
- Uphold safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNC credentials preferred.
- At least 3 years as a CNC Technician or in a similar machining capacity.
- Hands-on G-code/M-code experience and familiarity with CAD/CAM.
- Deep understanding of machining practices, tooling, and materials.
- Sharp problem-solving and a detail-first mindset.
- Ability to contribute independently and on a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication with a focus on safety and quality.
