What You’ll Be Doing
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and answering inquiries.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operating the register and handling transactions accurately.
- Staying informed about our products to offer knowledgeable recommendations.
- Supporting the team in achieving sales goals and ensuring smooth store operations.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 -3 years of retail experience or a related customer-facing role.
- Open availability, including weekends, with the ability to work shifts between 10am and 1am.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to perform essential job duties.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
