Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a In House Legal Counsel located in Knoxville, TN. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice on various issues, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and negotiating leases, contracts, etc. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, addressing legal issues that arise, and supporting the company in all legal matters.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and providing Legal Advice
- Experience in Contract Negotiation
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Tennessee
- Experience in real estate law is a must- minimum 5 years
