cGMP Facilities Reliability Technician
Job Description
Job DescriptionStep into a role where your hands-on expertise keeps a validated, cGMP facility running at its best
Picture your first week: you’re walking the floor, listening for the subtle cues that a pump needs service, updating the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) with crisp notes, and coordinating parts so the next task is ready before it’s needed. You’ll tackle maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance across a wide array of assets—production machinery, building systems, computer and control systems, plus safety and security equipment—so downtime is minimized and operational efficiency stays high.
Your craftsmanship extends beyond the wrench. You’ll maintain shop tools and inventory, keep CMMS data accurate, and apply Lean and 5S principles to create a clean, organized, high-performing workspace. You will also assist with the development and upkeep of parts inventory systems and jump in for after-hours emergency response when the operation calls.
Depending on the modality in which this role operates (i.e. Gamma), expect a physical role that requires strength and endurance.
