Job Description Drill Press Operators
Location: Landrum, SC
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Lunch: 1-Hour Unpaid Lunch Break
Proman Staffing is currently seeking 2 Drill Press Operators for a manufacturing facility in Landrum, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with mechanical aptitude and experience working from blueprints in a production environment. Responsibilities:
- Operate drill press machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
- Verify product specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
