Supplier Quality Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Supplier Quality Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring supplier quality performance, supporting engineering change activities, and driving continuous improvement across our supply chain.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Supplier Development Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality teams to coordinate PPAP approvals, manage supplier corrective actions, track engineering changes, and maintain key quality metrics. What You'll Do
Coordinate PPAP Activities
- Organize and log incoming PPAP parts into quality tracking systems.
- Review PPAP parts and documentation for completeness and readiness before production release.
- Maintain PPAP parts logs and track approval status through completion.
- Create and distribute weekly reports on PPAP submissions, status, and processing performance.
- Establish and maintain electronic filing systems for supplier submission documentation.
Manage Supplier Quality Documentation
- Review incoming PPAP documentation packets and ensure all required elements are received.
- Coordinate documentation reviews with Supplier Development Managers (SDMs).
- Maintain quality records and catalogs for supplier submissions.
- Support supplier onboarding and quality approval activities through effective documentation management.
Drive Supplier Corrective Action Resolution
- Monitor open Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) and ensure suppliers receive accurate and complete information.
- Track progress
