If you're looking for a role where your contributions matter and your career can grow, we'd love to connect.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll partner closely with the Property Manager to help drive occupancy, support residents, and keep operations running smoothly:

  • Market and lease apartment homes to prospective residents, providing tours and sharing community and local area details
  • Ensure all marketing and leasing activities align with Fair Housing guidelines and the Resident Selection Plan
  • Support daily property operations, stepping in to assist or lead in the Manager's absence
  • Respond to resident and staff inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
  • Assist with training and supporting on-site team members
  • Help execute marketing strategies and outreach efforts to maintain strong occupancy
  • Prepare weekly traffic and marketing reports, along with monthly market surveys of competing properties
  • Assist with rent collections, deposits, and general financial processes
  • Address resident concerns, complaints, or policy violations in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and aligned with company standards

What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is organized, personable, and driven to deliver an outstanding resident experience:

  • Background in leasing, sales, or marketing strongly desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in property management or a related field preferred
  • Comfortable conducting physical inspections of the property (with or without accommodation)
  • Proficiency with property management systems and general computer skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
