Location: Horicon Works
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (overtime may be required)
Work Type: Contingent
Visa Sponsorship: Not available now or in the foreseeable future
The contingent worker will be responsible for managing purchased parts delivery and coordinating with both internal teams and external suppliers to support operations at Horicon Works.
Required Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excel proficiency
Ability to multitask and adjust priorities throughout the day
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Management, or a related field
Recent graduates are welcome to apply
SAP experience
Manager Preferences
Strong preference for candidates with a 4-year degree
Open to considering recent graduates
Interviews will be conducted by phone or Microsoft Teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest candidates will have:
A bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Supply Management, Operations, or a related field
Strong Excel skills (sorting/filtering, formulas, data management)
Experience working with suppliers, inventory, logistics, purchasing, or operations
SAP experience or exposure
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
