We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanic / Lead Man to join a growing team supporting industrial and commercial projects in the field.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot problems, and complete jobs with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a dependable self-starter who takes pride in solving problems and getting the job done right. This is a great role for candidates who have previously worked in industrial electrical maintenance, plant maintenance, or as a PLC technician or electrical field service technician.

Responsibilities:

-Troubleshoot industrial and commercial electrical systems
-Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance in the field
-Assess jobsite conditions and determine next steps independently
-Read blueprints and electrical schematics
-Work safely and professionally while representing the company
-Operate a company vehicle responsibly
-Occasionally guide or work alongside an apprentice/helper

Qualifications:

-5+ years of industrial and/or commercial electrical experience
-Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
-Mechanical aptitude and hands-on field experience
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Experience in industrial maintenance, plant maintenance, or field service work
-Stable work history
-Clean driving record
Reliable and accountable
Problem-solver who takes initiative
Comfortable working independently
Professional communication skills

Preferred experience:

-PLC exposure
-Industrial controls
-Preventative maintenance
-Manufacturing environment experience
