Nation Security is hiring professional Roving Patrol Officers to join our team. We are looking for reliable, responsible, and customer-service-focused individuals who can help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, residents, employees, and visitors.
Compensation:
$18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, providing assistance and support to clients, residents, and visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective security strategies, enhancing overall safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Engage with the community, building positive relationships and fostering a sense of trust and security.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and ensuring only authorized individuals enter secured areas.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Class D Security License.
- Class G License required for armed positions.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and post orders.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts if needed.
- Previous security experience preferred but not required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
