- Works 35-39 Hours per Week
- This is a Site Manager position and does include a studio apartment
- Rents Storage Units by Phone, To Walk-In Customers, or On-Line Rentals
- Sells Customers Moving Supplies
- Really Listens to What Customers are saying: Strives for great Telephone Techniques
- Works every day to help those who have become Delinquent on their rent "catch up"
- Maintains Stor-It Grounds Daily — This is our home and we pick up litter.
- Prepare Reports on Grounds/Units
- Makes Minor Repairs
- Computer Operation
- Light Lifting
- Operates the business according to the Procedure Manuals and the Policy Manuals —
- We provide on the job office and maintenance training, but employees are expected to read the manuals and apply them
This position does include on-site studio apartment
