Responsibilities
- Handle estate planning, including drafting wills and trusts
- Advise clients on elder law and related legal issues
- Assist with estate administration and probate processes
- Provide legal support in probate and trust litigation as needed
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their estate planning aligns with their wishes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws impacting estates, trusts, and elder care
- Manage case files and documentation accurately and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Litigation experience in estate or elder law cases
- Experience in elder law estate planning
- Experience with estate administration and probate
- Background in wills, trusts, estates, and elder care legal matters
