Responsibilities:

Strategically manage multiple aircraft projects, coordinating workflows and assigning tasks to maximize productivity.

Supervise and develop Team Leads, address HR-related matters, conduct performance reviews, and promote a strong safety culture.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing project pricing, providing updates, and escalating issues as needed.

Collaborate on budget targets, review work orders, track productivity, and oversee quality control, warranty issues, and technician hours.

Oversee Quantum MX implementation, ensure FAA compliance, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience in general aviation maintenance.

Valid FAA A&P License, current and in good standing.

IA certification preferred, with a commitment to obtain within three years if not currently held.

Expert knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards.

PT6A experience strongly preferred.

Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects while meeting budget and productivity targets.

Demonstrated success in team development and process improvement.

Clean safety record with zero incidents.
