A plaintiff-side employment law firm based in El Segundo is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join its growing litigation team. The firm handles wage and hour class actions and individual employment matters.
Position Overview:

The Paralegal will provide vital support to attorneys through all phases of litigation.

This role requires drafting and filing legal documents, managing deadlines, coordinating court appearances, and maintaining client and case files.

File and serve legal documents in state and federal courts

Assist in drafting pleadings and discovery

Schedule depositions, court appearances, and court reporters

Manage case deadlines and maintain internal calendars

Prepare hearing binders and litigation materials

Communicate with clients and provide routine updates

Maintain and organize case and client files

Provide Spanish-English interpretation for client communications
Qualifications:

Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Associate's or bachelor's degree (required)

Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program (preferred)

Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience (required)

Experience in employment law and/or wage and hour litigation (preferred)

2-5 years of relevant experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
