Job Description

The Data Analyst Sales & Market Intelligence serves as a strategic business partnertoSales, Finance, and Product Marketing, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and informed decision-making. This role plays a critical part in performance visibility, forecasting accuracy, pricing strategy, and executive reporting across the organization.

This position follows a hybrid schedule and is open to candidates local to Etters, PA and surrounding areas. Regular on-site presence at our Valley Green facility is required.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integration & Governance

  • Consolidateand integrate data from multiple systems including ERP, CRM, financial platforms, and external databases.
  • Cleanse,validate, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
  • Build scalable data models that improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Performance & Margin Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze margin performance across:
    • SKU-level profitability
    • Customer account performance
    • Manufacturing and distribution sites
    • Market segments
    • Product groups and portfolio mix
  • Conduct detailed Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis to identify key drivers of revenue and margin changes.
  • Perform variance analysis and uncover revenueand margin improvement opportunities.

Reporting & Executive Dashboards

  • Develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations tracking KPIs such as:
    • Revenue growth
    • Sales order trends and flash reporting
    • Margin contribution and mix shifts
  • Deliver weekly and monthly executive performance reports, highlighting trends, risks, and key movements.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, executive-level insights for leadership decision-making.

Forecasting & Strategic Planning

  • Support both top-down and bottom-up forecasting models.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy and revenue predictability.
  • Provide analytical support for pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, and long-term planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Marketing to align reporting and analytics with businessobjectives.
  • Act as a data-driven advisor, delivering insights that influence commercial strategy and operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, sales analytics, or FP&A.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of margin analysis, forecasting, and Price-Volume-Mix (PVM).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
