Position Description: The dishwasher position is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in executing an extraordinary guest experience.Alexandria Restaurant Partners locations include Ada’s on the River, Barca Pier & Wine Bar, Café Tu Tu Tango, Mia’s Italian Kitchen, Palette 22, Theismann’s, The Royal, and Vola’s Dockside Grill & Hi-Tide Lounge. Position Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, ware washing area, and storage rooms, as directed by the management team.Ensure a safe work environment in the Back of House to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.
