NOW HIRING: Industrial Maintenance Technicians (Direct Hire)
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay: $35.50/hour
Schedule: 24/7 operation availability required for days, nights, weekends, and holidays

We are opening a brand‑new, highly automated production and distribution center and building the maintenance team that will support it from day one.
This is a unique opportunity to work hands‑on with state‑of‑the‑art robotics, high‑speed conveyor systems, and advanced automation technologies in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring equipment uptime, reliability, and overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, robotic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
- Install, calibrate, and optimize automated packaging and distribution equipment
- Support a true 24/7, high‑throughput operation
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years working with automated conveyors, robotics, material handling equipment, or industrial automation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Experience
- Experience using CMMS platforms
- Strong preventive maintenance background
- Hands‑on experience with conveyor systems and advanced automation
- Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of controls, safety practices, and risk‑mitigation standards

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
