We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stockroom Auditor to join our team. This role requires a candidate who has a passion for auditing inventory and ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
A PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Stockroom Auditor is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory records related to printed circuit boards and associated components. This role ensures the stockroom inventory is properly accounted for, organized, and compliant with company procedures and quality standards. The Stockroom auditor conducts regular audits, verifies component counts, and collaborates with the purchasing, production, and quality control teams to resolve discrepancies.
Verifying Inventory Count
· Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits of PCB components and finished assemblies.
· Verify accuracy of stockroom inventory records in ERP/MRP systems.
· Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies or issues.
· Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of PCB materials to prevent damage or contamination.
Maintain Accurate Recordkeeping
· Maintain detailed audit logs and generate regular inventory accuracy reports.
· Support incoming inspection of PCB deliveries to confirm quantity, part number, and condition.
· Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure timely availability and proper documentation of components.
· Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
· Follow all safety, ESD (electrostatic discharge), and cleanliness protocols when handling PCB components.
Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory control or stockroom auditing, preferably in electronics or manufacturing
- Ability to handle physical work load
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
