Title: IT Service Delivery Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 6MO+ CTH

Work Requirements: U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Travel: Occasional travel to branch office locations


Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role supports both office and field personnel, ensuring that all systems, hardware, and applications are running smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and providing a great support experience to end users.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide technical support to office and field employees.
  • Troubleshoot computers, peripherals, mobile devices, and typical office applications (Office 365, browsers, email, printing, scanning, VPN).
  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices; set up workstations for new hires.
  • Support and manage mobile devices through MDM tools.
  • Lead or assist in moderate IT projects such as system migrations or MDM rollouts.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues quickly.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and follow-through skills.
  • Travel occasionally to branch offices as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant IT certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing IT support role.
  • Proven experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and VPN connectivity.
  • iOS device setup, MDM management, and MFA troubleshooting.
  • Installing, upgrading, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Experience with construction software (AutoDesk, BlueBeam, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.


Working Conditions

  • Must be flexible to work varied schedules, including overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Position is primarily onsite; occasional field visits may be required.
