Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Northfield, Illinois. In this role, you will provide expert-level technical support for end-user computing systems, ensuring smooth operation across hardware and software platforms. This position is critical for maintaining the efficiency of organizational processes and delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver advanced technical support for hardware, software, and end-user systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain configurations for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, including Apple and Android platforms.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft SCCM to oversee software deployments and updates.
• Administer Active Directory, ensuring proper access control and user account management.
• Support backup and recovery operations, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Work with Cisco technologies to manage network connectivity and related configurations.
• Provide guidance and leadership within the team, sharing expertise to improve overall support operations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements for end-user computing systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop support or a related technical role.

• Proficiency in managing both Apple and Android devices.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including user account management and access controls.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM for software deployment and updates.

• Familiarity with Cisco technologies and network configurations.

• Expertise in computer hardware and Dell Technologies.

• Experience working with backup technologies and data recovery processes.

• Exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and configuration management tools.
