Store Manager — Pokémoto South Kingstown Daisey Beckham LLC | South Kingstown, RI Salary: $38,000 – $42,000/year + performance-based bonus
About Us Pokémoto is a fast-growing fast-casual brand serving fresh, build-your-own poke bowls, burritos, and bubble tea. Our South Kingstown location is part of a multi-unit franchise group operating across Rhode Island and Connecticut, with a culture built on high standards, high support, and real opportunities to grow with us.
The Role We're looking for a Store Manager who treats this restaurant like it's their own. You'll lead a team of 8–15, own daily operations, and partner directly with ownership and our Regional Manager to hit sales, labor, and guest experience targets. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be on the line during peak, coaching during the lulls, and running the numbers before you head home.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations, including opening and closing shifts
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop a team that reflects our standards for hospitality and food quality
- Hit weekly targets for sales, food cost, labor cost, and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards at all times — health inspections, internal audits, and franchisor visits should be non-events
- Resolve guest issues on the spot and turn them into loyalty
- Run catering orders through ezCater and support local marketing efforts
- Communicate openly with ownership and the Regional Manager on wins, problems, and what you need to succeed
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of management experience in a restaurant, QSR, or fast-casual environment
- Comfort with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic P&L concepts
- A coach's mindset — you set high standards and you support the people working to meet them
- Availability that includes a minimum of one closing shift and one weekend shift per week
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification — current, or obtained within the first 30 days of employment
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to South Kingstown, RI
Compensation
- Base salary of $38,000 – $42,000/year, based on experience
- Performance-based bonus on top of base
