Job Details:

- Location: New Hope, Minnesota
- Schedule: Day Shift | 10 hours/day Hours: 80 hours per 2-week pay period
- Weekends & On-Call: None
- Employment Type: Permanent | Full - time - Direct Hire
- Pay Range: $22.23 – $27.37 per hour (based on years of experience) + Benefits
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support providers and manage patient flow throughout the clinic. Patients range from infants to geriatric populations, requiring individualized and collaborative care.
-> Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed
- Collect laboratory specimens and perform phlebotomy as needed
- Provide telephone support and assist with prescription refills
- Support front desk/check-in activities
- Order and stock supplies
- Assist with prior authorizations
- Perform clinic laboratory tests
- Perform x-ray duties if certified and assigned
-> Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES or CAAHEP) OR
- Graduate of an accredited RMA program with on-the-job experience and successful RMA certification
- Previous clinical experience
- Current BLS certification
