Location: Houston, TX (On-site)**

Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with SIGNAGE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.

This is not an entry-level PM role.

This role requires someone who already understands:

• Sign types (channel letters, monuments, pylons, wall signs, ACM panels, vinyl, etc.)
• Fabrication workflows
• Production timelines
• Install logistics
• Permit sequencing
• Shop communication
• Common bottlenecks in signage production

If you’ve ever run or managed sign projects before — you know how fast things move and how important it is to stay organized.

The Project Manager is responsible for guiding each project from start to finish — taking full ownership the moment the job is sold.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage signage projects from kickoff to installation, with full ownership
• Communicate daily with clients regarding updates, timelines, and approvals
• Coordinate closely with design, permitting, production, and installation teams
• Read and interpret drawings, surveys, site plans, and production documents
• Review artwork, specs, and measurements for accuracy before moving forward
• Build and manage project schedules to keep jobs on track
• Identify issues early and resolve them before they impact the timeline
• Maintain accurate project notes, uploads, and updates in Asana
• Create POs and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and branding requirements

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

To be considered, candidates must have:

• Signage industry experience
• Understanding of sign types, fabrication steps, and installation flow
• Experience managing sign projects or working in a sign shop
• Strong ability to communicate with production, designers, and installers
• Ability to manage 20-50 active projects at once without losing details
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and multiple deadlines
• Experience reviewing drawings, measurements, and site surveys
• A highly organized and proactive work style
