How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Zero in on issues across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to restore uptime quickly
• Perform rigorous preventative and predictive maintenance to stop problems before they start
• Maintain and repair aluminum extrusion presses and supporting equipment, ensuring consistent performance
• Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other rotating equipment to eliminate bottlenecks
• Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic circuits—cylinders, valves, and components—to correct pressure and flow issues
• Use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics to track down faults and verify fixes

• Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics in production settings
• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting and repair capabilities
