Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and operational training to customer personnel.
• Accurately document all service activities, repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards during service calls.
• Manage service parts inventory and specialized tools required for field operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or field service, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Associate's degree or vocational certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology).
• Strong communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on problem resolution.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites, often on short notice.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and using diagnostic tools for complex machinery.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000)
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP)
• Certification in specialized diagnostic tools (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging, laser alignment)
• Previous experience conducting technical training for customers or junior technicians
