Am Law 200 firm is seeking to hire a mid-level or senior level associate for their Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in trademark, copyright, trade secrets and other complex commercial litigation, with some experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Federal Trade Commission and/or International Trade Commission preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the California bar and have excellent credentials.
Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
