We are seeking a Retail Key Clerk in Twin Falls to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail mall setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, engage, identify, and assist with customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor, price, fill, and maintain inventory to ensure product is in stock and rotated
- Accurately enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Open or close the store daily
- Clean and tidy the store
- Report directly to store management
- Assist store management and company officers achieve store goals
- Be responsible for the store in managements absence
- Learn and conduct all operations in the store
- Follow the directives of supervision
- report openly and honestly to management, security, and owners.
- Accurately handle and count cash
- Maintain an excellent attendance and performance record
- Maintain high appearance, dress, and hygiene standards
- Work independently in a retail and mall location and atmosphere
- Complete other tasks or functions not listed here
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and slow-paced mall environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrates basic math skills
- Accurately counts all monies and cash registers
