This is a direct hire opportunity with room for overtime and strong benefits. The work environment is fast-paced, unique, and filled with exciting challenges for individuals who thrive in live event settings.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Guest Services Manager to lead front-of-house operations and create a welcoming, safe, and organized experience for all event guests. This individual will oversee usher teams, security personnel, janitorial coordination, and temporary event staff. The ideal candidate brings a strong leadership background, thrives under pressure, and embraces a non-traditional, high-energy workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, schedule, and oversee usher, janitorial, and event staff operations for all live events
  • Ensure all guest-facing staff are trained and uphold service and safety standards
  • Work closely with internal operations leaders to meet event staffing and cleanliness expectations
  • Act as the main point of contact during events, maintaining a leadership presence at all times
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new front-of-house team members as needed
  • Continuously evaluate guest experience and implement service improvements
  • Coordinate with third-party labor vendors when additional staffing is required
  • Be flexible to work evenings and weekends depending on the event calendar

Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience overseeing teams in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to stay organized, pivot quickly, and communicate across varying personalities
  • Physically capable of being on your feet for extended periods and navigating stairs or various terrains
  • Prior event or venue experience is strongly preferred

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; must be available on weekends for events
  • Location: 100% onsite (parking provided)
  • Interview Process: One virtual interview with the production team, followed by an onsite meeting with leadership
  • Dress Code: Business casual (jeans, polo, and closed-toe shoes acceptable)
  • Start Date: ASAP (targeting 5/19/25)

Perks:

  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k) after 2 weeks
  • Generous PTO: 10 vacation, 10 sick, and 2 personal days from day one
  • Free tickets to live events throughout the year
  • Branded merchandise from event sponsors
