Job Description

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring Parking Lot Monitors to support schools throughout the Cleveland area. Each monitor will be assigned to a specific school and will help deter vehicle theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence in the parking lot.

This is a great fit for candidates with security, customer service, military, parking enforcement, or monitoring experience. Unarmed security guards are especially encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

Monitor assigned school parking lots during your shift
Walk the lot at regular intervals and observe activity
Report suspicious activity, trespassing, vandalism, or safety concerns
Contact designated school personnel or law enforcement when needed
Complete basic incident reports when required
Maintain a professional presence and help promote a safe environment

Important: This is an observation and reporting role. You will not physically confront, chase, or restrain individuals. If something looks suspicious, you simply report it through the proper channels.

Schedule Options

Available schedules vary by school and may include:

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

✅ Must be at least 21 years old
✅ Reliable personal vehicle required
✅ Valid driver's license and photo ID
✅ Working cell phone
✅ Ability to work independently with limited supervision
✅ Able to pass a 7-year background check
✅ Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
