Established in 2010, Core Supply, LLC is a rapidly growing and respected market leader supplying Rebar Fabrication, Post Tension, Wood Products, and Concrete Accessories to satisfied customers in the Construction Industry!
Core Supply in Houston, Texas is seeking a Rebar Estimator to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates for assigned projects
- Collaborate with Sales team to support the bid process
- Ensure estimates are completed accurately and timely
- Prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Use PlanSwift estimating software and ASA to prepare estimates
- Adhere to Core Supply's safety standards
- Be punctual and available for work as scheduled
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting & Design or two (2) years’ Drafting experience preferred
- Two (2) years’ Estimating experience preferred
- Ability to read drawings and advanced math skills required
- Construction Industry experienced preferred
- Experience using PlanSwift preferred
- Excellent communication skills required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills required
