We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly organized Construction Project Manager to oversee residential renovation and investment property projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple residential renovation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality of work.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress.
• Obtain and compare contractor estimates.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.

• Experience managing residential construction or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of home renovations, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to visit job sites.
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
