With deep industry expertise and a strong North American and European presence, the organization provides innovative, dependable solutions that support efficient sourcing, logistics, and delivery throughout the supply chain. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the order and fulfillment process, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to coordinate orders, provide timely updates, and help ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently.Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success:

  • Handle all customer service responsibilities on assigned contracts and customers.
  • Handle phone and email orders, inquiries, and questions.
  • Online file and customer management.
  • Code invoices, freight, warehouses etc.
  • Prepare and handle documents (letters of credit, bills of lading, invoices etc.)
  • Liaise with warehouses to get material packaged, shipped and blended according to customer specifications.
  • Work with trucking companies to get freight rates and book shipments.
  • Problem solve and come up with solutions if any concerns come up.
  • Grasp product knowledge to be able to make independent decisions based on customer requirements.
  • Ability to understand A/R and the importance of keeping our customer current.
  • Ability to understand our billing and invoicing system.
  • Help to manage inventory and manager positions.
  • Assist in covering team member responsibilities when they are out of office.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree: Accounting, Business or Supply Chain degrees preferred.
  • Strong accounting and mathematical abilities
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Must take ownership of responsibilities and tasks. Must be a self-starter, proactive and inquisitive.
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle many responsibilities at one time.
  • Must be able to work independently and be able to collaborate with teams across all levels of the organization.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of imports/ exports, INCO terms, trading terms.
  • Microsoft- Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience using IBM i (AS400) menus and applications
  • Teams, WhatsApp and other messaging apps
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens.
  • Ability to maintain organized and accurate online files and contracts.
