Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through completion.
· Develop and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
· Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project team members.
· Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
· Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control.
· Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
· Mentor and guide junior architects and interns.
Qualifications:
Licensed Architect with 6-8 years of professional experience.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
· Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
· Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
· Strong communication and presentation abilities.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000/yearly (dependent on years of experience, competency, location)
