Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Participate in our comprehensive training programs to master the art of real estate sales and client service.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to gain insights and refine your sales techniques.
  • Utilize our exclusive leads to build and expand your client base effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer informed advice to clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting property showings to showcase listings to potential buyers or renters.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and connect with clients.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the dynamic real estate market, ensuring you provide the best advice to clients.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a supportive and successful culture.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and build relationships.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your real estate knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with the Newark-Union, NJ-PA real estate market is a plus, helping you offer localized insights to clients.
