Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

What This Role Does (Plain Language)
This role supports a law firm’s mailroom and office operations. You’ll handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages, print and copy jobs, internal mail runs, and occasionally help at reception or with conference room setup. You’ll work closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and firm staff, so professionalism is key.

Key Responsibilities
• Mailroom operations (US mail, FedEx, courier coordination)
• Print, copy, scan, bind, and document production
• Internal mail runs and package distribution
• Logging jobs, billing/chargebacks, and documentation
• Handling confidential legal documents
• Light reception and hospitality support (as needed)
• Conference room setup and general office support
• Operating high-volume copiers and finishing equipment

Required / Preferred Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of relevant office or admin experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
Preferred
• 2+ years in a legal office environment
• Experience with document management or cost-recovery systems (Copitrak/Equitrac)
• Knowledge of legal documents (filings, briefs, discovery, etc.)
