About the Role
Located in Temple Terrace, FL
We’re looking for a motivated, personable Store Associate to join our retail team in Houston. In this role, you’ll be the face of the brand—greeting customers, offering assistance, answering questions, and guiding them through their purchase journey. You’ll ensure every shopper leaves satisfied, informed, and excited to return.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll contribute directly to the store’s success through outstanding service, product knowledge, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do

Welcome and engage customers in a warm, professional manner as they enter the store.

Assist shoppers in finding products, answering questions, and providing detailed information on features, pricing, and promotions.

Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Maintain store appearance by keeping displays neat, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are merchandised attractively.

Meet and exceed sales goals through excellent service and suggestive selling techniques.

Handle returns and exchanges in line with company policies to maintain customer satisfaction.

Stay informed on product updates, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
