KW Commercial - Carlsbad Expansion Team (North San Diego County)
This isn't your average real estate job - we're not looking for average agents.
We're building a high-performance commercial team in Carlsbad, and we are opening the door to just one or two driven, coachable, and focused individuals who want to break into commercial real estate the right way. This is your chance to be mentored directly by someone active in the field, with offices in Las Vegas, and Hollywood Hills, and currently holds $60MM in listing inventory across California and Nevada.

Compensation:
$100,000
Responsibilities:
What you'll do:
- Prospect, follow up, and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Assist with property tours, valuations, and market research
- Draft proposals, presentations, and contracts with proper guidance
- Help manage listings and deal flow while growing your book of business and career
- Learn the full lifecycle of a deal - from initial contact with a prospect to closing the transaction
Qualifications:

Compensation:
Commission-based. Top performers in this model can earn $100,000+ annually. Your income is based on your drive, consistency, and how well you apply what you learn.
