General Laborer / Electrical Helper

Job Description

We are looking for dependable General Laborers and Electrical Helpers to join our team on commercial, industrial, and construction projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade and grow their skills.

Previous electrical or construction experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist electricians with daily jobsite activities

Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials

Assist with pulling and routing electrical wire and cable

Help install and support conduit, cable tray, and electrical equipment

Assist with installing lights, panels, boxes, and other electrical components

Use basic hand and power tools safely

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

Follow directions from electricians, foremen, and supervisors

Assist with material preparation and jobsite cleanup

Follow all company, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirements

Work safely while using ladders, lifts, and other equipment when trained

Perform other general construction and electrical support duties as assigned

Qualifications

Reliable and dependable attendance

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Willingness to learn the electrical trade

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physical labor

Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and on active construction sites

Basic hand-tool knowledge is a plus

Previous construction, industrial, or electrical experience is preferred but not required

OSHA 10 or other safety training is a plus
